Although I wasn’t at home I received a notification personally from Dillon that he was coming. After the visit he sent detailed information on what was done. Job well done.

Brandon White is excellent. He came even early today (who does that?) and sprayed indoor and out. Even got up close and personal with my giant cactus outside my bedroom window. Since in my opinion I was bitten by a black widow and have been so sick lately it was a relief to have him redouble efforts. He is a great employee and you are lucky to have him. He deserves a raise.

I have a great tech. Mr. Johnson is wonderful.

These guys have been great! We are on the recurring (every 3-4 months) service and we were told that if we saw any creepy crawlers in between treatments, we should call right away for a re-treat at no additional charge. We were in our kitchen on Wednesday 9/4 and were horrified to see a giant centipede wriggle its way out from under our refrigerator. YUCK! I called PDS the next morning (9/5) and they sent Richard out to treat the home on Friday morning(9/6). We were grateful for their speedy action!! Richard is great. He always texts when he’s on his way, has answered all of my questions and always texts when he leaves. We love working with these guys and have been EXTREMELY satisfied with not only their prompt service but the friendliness of the staff. Thank you for rescuing us from the centipedes!
